I want to know how to plan out when to do what at what time and keep it interesting to everyone without getting bored. I have games and a special introduction and visiting time and food time and it has to been done in 4 hours for the most part of it.

How to keep it moving!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A talent show. And games that involve all. Including young and the older generation. Awards, passing the torch, coloring books for the kiddies. I made a family hisory cd, and a slide show with all relative's pic.
